Im Rahmen meiner Masterarbeit habe ich untersucht, wie sich cloud-services bewerten lassen und dazu ein Rahmenwerk entwickelt. Cloud services sind verallgemeinernd gesagt -Applikationen, die sich über das Internet lassen. Anhand des promonierten Beispiels Dropbox soll mein Rahmen nun evaluiert.

Basis meines Rahmenwerks ist die Annahme, dass sich die Gesamtqualität eines clouds-services aus erwarteter und wahrgenommener Qualität ergibt. Deshalb werden zunächst allgemein in die Erwartungen an einen guten Cloud-Anbieter abgefragt. Im Anschluss folgen konkrete zum Cloud -services "Dropbox
