Ich verstehe nicht wo das Geld vom

Ich verstehe nicht wo das Geld vom ersten Flugticketkauf ist? Wo ist das Geld geblieben? Es ging nur um die Umbuchungsgebühr. Das erscheint mir sehr unlogisch.
Das muss die Botschaft doch mit verrechnen zum Preis von dem neuen Ticket.
