Daraus ergibt sich für mich folgende Aufstellung:

Finance Themen:
Grundaufwand angegeben durch Sylvia VOR Separation DC: 3 T /Monat
Mehraufwand durch Separation: 1 T/Monat
Minderaufwand durch Erfahrung und Fachwissen Sylvia 30%
Mehraufwand durch Kostensparrunden, Projekte: 1 T/Monat
Globale Themen konsolidieren und vorbereiten 2 T/Monat

Backoffice:
Reisetätigkeiten, Meetings, Abrechnungen global Team 3 T/Monat

Ergibt 11T/Monat somit 50% im ersten Jahr, damit ein halber C-User. Laut Anfrage bei DIS ist dies kein Problem da ausreichend Resourcen mit halber Stelle verfügbar sind. Weniger als 50% ist eher schwierig daher würde ich die Backoffice Aktivitäten auch mit aufnehmen sofern Zeit ist.
Ich habe die Kosten für einen halben C-User (täglich vormittags oder nachmittags wäre ideal) ins Budget aufgenommen und bitte Dich, das prinzipielle Approval dafür zu erteilen oder zu erfragen. Können wir auch am Freitag nochmals besprechen
