hallo Thina, vielen Dank für die Übersendung eines weiteren Tortenrezeptes und des Schäufeles. Dieses habe ich schon mal geräuchert in Dumaguete. Ein köstliches Gericht, mit Sauerkraut und Bratkartoffeln oder –Pürree.Mal schauen, vielleicht mach ich hier noch eines vor Weihnachten, räuchere dann ein Stück für Euch mit.
