• Der Trainer startet durch Zuruf einer Nummer die Aktion: Die aufgerufenen Spieler starten in Richtung Passgeber und erhalten ein Zuspiel in den Fuß.
• Sie nehmen an und mit, drehen zur anderen Seite auf und passen zum jeweils anderen Zuspieler.
• Danach bewegen sie sich wieder frei im Feld, und auf ein erneutes Trainerkommando startet die nächste Aktion.
