Entgegen der Atos-Planung den final Cut over bereits Mitte Dezember 2014 durchzuführen, hat das Airbus Business entschieden, dass dies wegen der wichtigen Flugzeug-Auslieferungen bis 31.12. eines Jahres nicht möglich ist und hat den 17./18.1.2015 vorgegeben. Airbus hat entsprechend eine Halbierung der regulären Service-Fee Januar erhalten . Zur Kompensation dieser Halbierung des Januar haben wir Atos-seitig eine Verlängerung des Vertrages um die betreffenden 6 Monate erlangt.
Sämtliche finanziellen Bedingungen des Vertrages blieben unberührt. "
